Uganda Safari Entebbe Kampala, Masindi, Budongo forest,Jinja ,Ssese Islands

Day 1:             Paraa Highlights: We’ll start early enough with lunch boxes to catch the 7.00 am ferry to  northern part of the park for the morning game drive. safari clothing We’ll look for Swallow-tailed bee- eater, Carmine Bee-eater (seasonal), Namaqua Dove, Hoopoe, Martial Eagles, Swallow-tailed Bee-eaters, Vultures, and other Raptors. Whole day may be spent out and return to Lodge for overnight.

Day 2:             Highlights: Murchison Falls
Morning boat trip on the Nile towards the bottom of Murchison falls. This is where    you can see lots of Waders roosting on the banks. These include; African Skimmer, Water Thick-knee (Dikkop), Green-backed, Goliath, Purple and Gray Herons. The floating island towards the falls is where to check for the Shoebill, Allen’ Gallinule. Check the rock near the falls for the Rock Pranticoles and the steep cliffs over looking the falls for the rare Bat-Hawks. Return to the lodge and later go for an evening game drive. Day 3:             Rwenzori
Transfer to Semliki Wildlife Reserve via Hoima. This drive may reveal; African Green Pigeons, Black Bishop, and the Colorful Great blue and Ross’s Turaco s. Wind down to Semliki via the foothills of the Rwenzori for the great sceneries and the Savannah for an exciting birding. Semliki Safari Lodge is nestled on the crest of a  river valley with panoramic views of the Savannah, western-rift valley escarpment and the gallery forest. In the evening we take a night game-drive to look for  nocturnal species such as;Gorilla Tracking  African scops Owl, Pearl-spotted Owlet, Verreaux s Eagle Owl, and seasonal Nightjars, which are commonly seen on the main tracks, and other      mammals such as; Leopard, Spotted Hyena and Banded and White-tailed Mongooses may be seen. Day 4:            Lake Albert
                        Morning birding around the lodge to find the Vocal Black-billed Barbets, Spotted   morning Thrush, Crested Shrike Fly-catcher and the black and white Colobus Monkeys normally seen sun-bathing on the forest canopy. After breakfast, take a boat ride on Lake Albert in search for the rare Shoebill. These birds live in marshes and only come together during breeding. They breed in swamp vegetation like reeds. Several species of waders can be seen on the sandy shores. Red-throated Bee-eaters and Pied Kingfisher are seen darting in and out of their nests in the cliff and sandy shores. Return to the Savannah for evening game-drive.             Overnight at Semiliki Safari Lodge/Camping

Day5:            Semliki National Park
We go for a guided forest walk after breakfast and look for the forest edge species. These include; Leaf Love,Uganda safari  Crested Guinea Fowls, White-spotted Fluff tails, Hornbills, Cuckoos and Warblers. Return to the lodge for lunch and later take a guided walk in Savannah for evening birding to look for stripped king fishers, Black-headed Bush Shrikes, Palm-nut vultures etc.                      Accommodation: Semliki Safari Lodge/Camping


uganda Safaris Lake Mburo National Park -3 Days, 2 Nights

 Day One: Depart Kampala heading for the west through Masaka.Uganda safaris Arrive in time for lunch in Mbarara town then proceed to the park for a game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mantana Luxury Tented Camp/Rwonyo Camp. gorilla safari 

Day Two: After breakfast another game drive this morning lookout for Zebra s, Impalas, Uganda Kob, Elands, Waterbucks, Buffaloes,Uganda hotels Oribi, Klipspringer etc. Return to lunch in the afternoon take a cruise on the Lake lookout for Hippos and crocodiles and bird species like, Yellow-Breasted Apalis, Lilac-Breasted Roller, Crested Francolin African Grey Hornbill, Spot-flanked Barbet and many more. Dinner and overnight at Mantana Luxury Tented Camp/Rwonyo camp. Day Three: After a relaxed breakfast, take a primate walk in the thickets lookout for Baboons and Vervet Monkeys the commonest of Apes in this area. Return to Kampala later.Tanzania holidays
